Our fighters get to rest, but the action starts back up again in the next chapter, and then runs all the way to the end of the series =D (Yes, it's like 900 pages of final fight/plot climax >.>) Enjoy the squee moment in this chapter! More angels! Asterisk v06 c20 is out! This is the beginning of the end... volumes 7-8 are one fight sequence after another as we come to the conclusion of this manga =) I've also come to truly appreciate how silly celestial beasts are in the context of fights.

Time for Asterisk v06 c19 to be released, too :) Back to the plot... I kinda love how all the time spent fleshing out all these side characters (Tig/Luke/Dean/Ante) pays off when they all team up. It makes all the random fluff chapters more worth it =D

Back on track! Asterisk time =D Asterisk v06 c18 is more filler, but the plot will be picking back up soon (and then it's pretty much one long chase to the end of the series). Read for 50% emo angels, 50% warm fuzzies.

And it's done! Shinsanagi and youyahua have teamed up to resurrect G-Defend! It totally wouldn't have happened without them =D Here's G-Defend vb04 c16! This chapter picks up where the previous scanlations stopped, even though it says volume 4! The previous scanlations all came from the original printing (tankoban), but since we're scanlating from the condensed reprint (bunkoban), the volume numbers are different. The chapter's right, though =D Enjoy!

And... a reminder! Shinsanagi and youyahua are doing this project completely by themselves, so they'll be going at their own pace. Rogue and I will continue our work on Asterisk and Jinjuu Houretsuden completely separately. Two teams = more manga for you!

Release time! Jinjuu Houretsuden v04 c23 is the chapter you've all been waiting for. It finishes up the fight started in c22. I know I said to wait till c24 comes out, but c23 isn't a cliffhanger... and you guys don't know how great c24 is, so stopping at c23 shouldn't hurt you... =D

For anyone interested in our progress on G-Defend, I can happily say that the books have arrived, Shinsagani's scanned some up, and is already translating it. We're still testing out editor candidates, but if all goes well we should have our first release of that in 3 weeks or so. Shinsanagi is super-excited about it =D
